1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veyas-AI website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Veyas-AI provides automated chronic disease patient monitoring services for UK GP practices. Our services include automated patient follow-up, clinical risk scoring, and practice dashboard access.

3. Pilot Programme

The 7-week pilot programme is governed by a separate pilot agreement. No services are billed during the pilot period without a signed agreement. The pilot may be terminated by either party with written notice.

4. Clinical Responsibility

Veyas-AI provides clinical decision support only. Your clinical team retains full clinical and legal responsibility for all patient care decisions. The system does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyas AI Ltd's total liability under or in connection with the pilot agreement or any subscription agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by your practice in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Data Processing

All patient data processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement executed before go-live. We comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and Caldicott principles.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Veyas-AI platform, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remains the property of Veyas AI Ltd.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
